Techmark, Inc. Laboratory has designed special projects
to answer questions about production, storage, and handling
of agricultural produce. We have examined the effects
of harvesting techniques and cultivation practices on
bruise susceptibility and damage to potatoes. We're
currently assisting snack food manufacturers in Europe
establish procedures to improving quality of raw product
entering the plants. Our expertise ranges from biochemistry
to agronomy to engineering. We can design projects to
answer questions about agronomic aspects of food production
and technical aspects of produce storage handling.
