Ventilation equipment installation We offer complete ventilation system installation services for all Techmark fruit, vegetable, compost or mushroom systems. We work together with your electricians and builders to ensure that proper structural and electrical specifications are incorporated. We will serve as on-site supervisors for our systems, providing termination and start-up of Techmark equipment.

Ventilation system preventive maintenance

Techmark offers convenient and effective repair and maintenance services to help our clients maintain optimal and efficient ventilation system performance. Techmark field service technicians use a 23-point checklist to thoroughly evaluate existing systems. Technicians test and calibrate actuators, relay panels, endstations, temperature, RH and CO₂ sensors and computer controls. All connections, switches, boots, seals, and wick are checked for corrosion and wear and replaced as needed. Sensor wire is checked for wear and damage and replaced as needed.
