Relay Panels
Ventilation systems may be equipped with manually independent, over-ride switching for all ventilation equipment. Each relay panel is a custom designed interface between the ventilation computers and the ventilation equipment.

Fresh Air Operation
Fresh air dampers are controlled based upon air temperature, relative humidity, O2 and CO2. The computer is programmed to couple the energy content of the outside air with heating and cooling equipment capabilities to assure the air is conditioned properly and efficiently for optimum control inside the room or tunnel, leaving your profit intact.

Fan Operation
Fans may be operated differently according to application and ventilation system specifications. Fan speed and runtime is critical when controlling compost, evaporation and air temperatures. The Fancom computer can control the fan based upon compost, oxygen, and fresh air to obtain the desire temperature profile. The Fancom 765 has the ability to control, via analog signal, the heating and cooling demand of the entire farm. This allows the heating and cooling systems to operate at their most efficient speed and temperature, which saves energy.

Air Handlers
Techmark has the ability to construct stainless steel air handlers for all aspects of mushroom production and composting. From a simple high-pressure bunker header with fan to elaborate air handlers with preheat, cooling and reheat coils for controlling the mushrooms environment, we have an air handler to meet your needs. Dampers for fresh air and return air are made of high quality stainless steel and aluminum for ultra-low leakage air systems. Heating coils can be made to use live steam or hot water and are controlled via modulating valves and actuators. Cooling coils can be for either multistage direct expansion or chilled water type cooling systems.
