Mushroom

FCF
The FCF is a simple and complete controller for a single growing
room. The FCF monitors and controls air and compost temperatures,
relative humidity (RH), and carbon dioxide (CO2). It is ideal
for small and specialty mushroom farms. |

The 765 is a fully automated, dual growing room controller designed
for larger bed or tray-type mushroom farms. Its 15 pre-set programs
are capable of controlling phase II composting, spawn run, pinning,
harvest and post-crop stages. The 765 also includes updated
energy control features such as "central cooling demand"
maximize energy efficiency and reduce energy usage and cost.

750
The 750 dual tunnel computer is designed for phase II and phase
III bulk composting. It is capable of automatic process control
from leveling through cool down spawn run as well as cook-off.
The 750 monitors and controls air and compost temperatures,
RH, CO2, oxygen (O2), and ammonia. |

751
The 751 computer is designed for bulk fermentation composting
in bunkers. It is capable of controlling make-up air and compost
temperatures, as well as compost, fan and exhaust air composition
using bio-filters and ammonia scrubbers. The 751 has 4 automatic
process controls for the fermentation process for both mushroom
compost and municipal compost.
All four Fancom mushroom and compost ventilation computers have
the ability to control and monitor air temperature, compost
temperature, RH, CO2, (O2 for 750, 751),
fresh air, fan speed, heating, cooling, humidification, steam
and preheat. |

MUX
8/16 O2 Multiplexer
The MUX is an independent 8 or 16-room O2 sensor
multiplexer allowing regulation of fresh air based on O2
content. The MUX works in conjunction with the 750/751/765 for
controlling multiple rooms using one O2 sensor. |
